Cash Back at Closing
When you use an O.C. Real Estate Advisor to help you purchase your home, we will give you cash back at closing! It’s our way of saying thank you for choosing our company to assist you with this important purchase. For every home you purchase with us, we will give you 20% of the commission we receive for acting as your advisor.
So how much cash can you expect to receive? The answer depends on the purchase price of the home you buy and the amount of commission the seller is offering to the buyer’s agent. For example, if you purchase a home for $500,000 and the seller is offering a 3% commission to the buyer’s agent, your O.C. Real Estate Advisor will give you $3,000 in cash at the close of escrow.
