Comparative Market Analysis

One of the most important services a realtor provides is assisting you with determining your home’s value or the asking price to use when you are ready to put your home on the market.

At OC Real Estate Advisors, we believe the best way to determine the listing price for your home is by performing a Comparative Market Analysis or CMA. A CMA will give you the selling price of other homes in your area which have sold within the last year. It will also tell you how long each home was on the market before it sold. This information is extremely valuable because if you want to sell your home as quickly as possible, you will want to know the selling price of the homes that stayed on the market the shortest amount of time.
